RN EXCHANGE NURSE TIERS
As an RN Exchange nurse, you’ll be assigned to a Tier designation, depending on your experience and qualifications.
RN EXCHANGE TIER 1
Provides nursing care relief across the ARH system in either of the following: CVICU, CVOR, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room, Home Health, Labor and Delivery, Level II NBN, Med/Surg; Peds; Oncology; Telemetry; Post-Partum; OR; Infusion Suite; Dialysis; and NBN. The Registered Nurse Exchange Tier 1 provides advanced nursing care in critical care areas requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process. The RN Exchange Tier 1 collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
RN EXCHANGE TIER 2
Provides nursing care relief across the ARH system in either of the following: Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room, Home Health, Labor and Delivery, and Level II NBN, Med/Surg; Peds; Oncology; Telemetry; Post-Partum; OR; Infusion Suite; Dialysis; and NBN. Requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process in the departments in which assigned. The RN Exchange Tier 2 collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
